As part of the 1999 Matching School Technology Grant, a team of teachers from grades 3-6, including Special Education and ESL, will receive thirty hours of training in using image processing. This innovative technology will be used as a teaching tool in their classrooms to better integrate math and science and help students to expand their use of problem solving. The first fifteen hours took place August 16 through 20, 1999. The second fifteen hours will be during the 1999-2000 school year.
